Because we understand the possibility that accessing medical services can be difficult, we offer you a set of principles and rules on how to use and access medical services at the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L..
Depending on the evolution of the legislation, the services we offer and the locations where we offer these medical services, this document may undergo changes. This document aims to present the principles and main rules that a patient who wants to benefit from medical services at the S.C. medical clinic must follow. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.
The Terms and Conditions of access are the minimum rules and are supplemented with the provisions of the legislation in force and possibly with the provisions of the contract concluded with one of the legal entities acting under the umbrella of S.C. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L..
This document respects the principle of equal treatment for all patients, based on criteria of sex, sexual orientation, genetic characteristics, age, nationality, race, color, ethnicity, religion, political option, social origin, disability, family situation or responsibility, union membership or activity, while respecting the commercial conditions agreed by the contracts.

Definitions
The patient – is the beneficiary of medical services at the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.
Informed patient agreement – the patient’s consent for the provision of medical services, which has the form provided by WHO 1411/2016
Contract – the voluntary agreement between the Patient and the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., regarding the provision of medical services, including but not limited to the contract for medical services, the commercial offer accepted by the patient (i) expressly through the holographic or electronic signature applied according to Law 455/ or (ii) tacitly, by simply accepting medical services.
The staff of the S.C. medical clinic DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. means the employees of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., its officials, consultants and collaborators of any kind, as well as any person who provides services in the name and/or on behalf of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.
Terms and conditions of access – are all the provisions provided below that apply to all access to medical services by Patients within the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L..
Website – the online platform operated by the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. – drmunteanu.ro
Principles applicable to all patients
Medical services can be accessed by Patients, as a rule, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., under the conditions communicated periodically by the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., available on the website www.dentaldesign.ro. Medical clinic S.C. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. can modify the operating program as it deems appropriate.
Access to medical services is carried out on the basis of a telephone appointment made (i) through the front office (reception), at the numbers: +40 725 966 749, according to the schedule communicated on the website www.drmunteanu.ro (ii) as well as by online appointment through the website of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. or directly at our headquarters.
The transmission of notifications, invoices, correspondence with the Patient by the representatives of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., will be done at the contact details mentioned in the Medical Record/ Contract / declared on other channels and registered in the computer system of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., the address that will be updated according to the Patient’s declarations from the moment of accessing the Medical Services. Thus, if after the signing of the medical file or a medical services contract with S.C. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., in which the contact data were mentioned, other coordinates are declared (through another contract, by mentioning it in a written correspondence, by subscribing to a newsletter, by announcing the front office, etc.), these will be updated according to the last request of the Patient, the latter not being able to prevail over the fact that the notifications and communications were not made according to the contract.
SMS or e-mail communications, such as but not limited to the requested appointments, information on the results of the investigations carried out or any leftovers
of registered payments, information regarding the operational procedures/systems of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., which have an impact on the way the medical activity is carried out, do not have a promotional character, their purpose being to ensure a good performance of the medical services requested by patients.
Exceptionally, your appointment can be postponed, when the medical staff provides care in priority cases from a medical point of view or in cases that require increased attention / medical supervision.
For medical emergencies (emergency as defined from a medical point of view – medical or surgical condition, the onset of which is sudden, and which is manifested by symptoms of sufficient severity, and for which a prudent doctor, who possesses medical knowledge and who acting in good faith and in accordance with international medical standards, would consider that in the absence of immediate medical attention it would lead to serious physical insufficiency or death), we recommend that you go to the nearest medical unit with an emergency profile. SC DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. is not authorized as an Urgent Reception Unit, as defined by law.
Medical clinic S.C. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. will use all legal methods, including the contracting of specialized debt recovery companies, lawyers, bailiffs for the recovery of patients’ debts.
If you believe that your rights have been violated, please detail your case to manager@drmunteanu.ro, by calling the previously mentioned phone numbers or directly at the clinic reception. A dedicated team will take your message and investigate what has been reported, and a written answer will be provided as soon as possible. Patients will not put any kind of pressure on the reception staff and on-site management to resolve complaints. All information, requests, notifications, with the exception of those that require a different legal regime, will be registered automatically.
Patients and employees of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. they have the obligation to know and respect the applicable legal provisions, respectively Law 95/2006, Law 46/2003 and related legislative acts, Patients not being able to invoke in their defense ignorance of the law.
Patients and employees of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.: (i) will act in accordance with applicable bribery and corruption legislation; (ii) will not offer, promise, receive or solicit any bribe (financial or other benefit), without limitation.
SC DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. aims to provide medical services at the highest quality standards. In exceptional cases, the result of the services provided by the medical staff may differ from the result desired by the Patient. The patient always has the right to receive a second medical opinion.
Medical clinic S.C. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. processes the personal data of employees (including here former employees, as well as potential employees), patient and visitor data, partner and collaborator data according to the Privacy Policy and data processing document that can be consulted both on the website (dentaldesign.ro) , as well as at the clinic reception.
The website is intended to inform the patients of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., over 16 years old, about the medical services offered, as well as about the clinic schedule. Through the website and the forms on the website, the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. can process personal data of its visitors (IP address, page viewing behavior, name, address, phone number, email), in accordance with the Privacy Policy and data processing document.
Rules applicable to all patients
The patient will respect the clinic’s schedule without being able to make complaints related to the fact that they were not allowed to enter the clinic before the start of the program or after it ends.
Access to medical services, including the release of medical results, can only be done in person, after identification of the patient, identification which can only be done on the basis of an identity card/passport with a photo. In order to release the results to a person other than the Patient, it will be necessary to present additional documents, according to the procedures of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.. In the case of patients without discernment, the information will be presented to the owners / legal representatives. Each patient / member has the obligation to request additional information at the reception of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L..
Access to medical services, including the release of the medical results of a minor patient, can only be done after identifying the Patient and the person accompanying the minor, with the presentation of some documents, according to the procedure communicated by the clinic reception.
When registering minor patients in order to access medical services, in the IT system of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., the parent / legal representative / owner / person requesting the appointment will communicate the identification data of the parents or the legal representative of the minor Patient.
At each access to medical services, the staff of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. will update the Patient data, especially phone and e-mail. Foreign patients are obliged to communicate contact data (address and telephone number) from the territory of Romania.
Patients understand that the information regarding medical services and their prices, obtained by phone or on the website www.drmunteanu.ro, are for informational purposes only. The price list displayed at the reception will always prevail. Depending on the specifics of each medical case and the actual medical services offered within the interaction with the doctors of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., the final cost of services may vary.
The parents / legal representatives of the children have the obligation that in the S.C. clinic DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. not to leave children unattended. We do not assume responsibility for any events in which children are injured due to the carelessness of the guardians.
Obscene acts, acts or gestures, swearing, insulting or vulgar expressions, threats of acts of violence or any other acts against the Service Provider’s staff and other persons in the premises or damage, destruction or theft of the assets of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., of the nature of disturbing public order and peace or provoking people’s indignation or harming their dignity and honor are not tolerated. In case the Patient or his/her relatives commits one of the acts, the acts mentioned above, the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. will immediately request the evacuation of the Patient / his/her relatives from the location. In the event of a conflict situation, the employees of the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. they will be able to immediately request the intervention of the intervention teams of the private security and protection companies with which it collaborates, and/or the intervention of the Police.
In case of events like those mentioned in point 9 III above, the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. may restrict the access of any person involved in the incident to the medical services available at the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L., having the right to unilaterally terminate any previous contract concluded with the Patient or in favor of the Patient.
Photography, video and audio recording is prohibited, both in the waiting area, reception and in doctors’ offices, without their prior written permission.
The suspension of the provision of Medical Services is made in the following situations, without limitation: (i) The patient has not paid the invoices issued by the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.; (ii) in the case of art. 9 III above; (iv) The patient or his relatives are in a litigious situation with the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.; by litigious shall be understood litigation registered at the court of law or any other complaint formulated by the Patient that could bring major damages to the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L.; (v) In other cases expressly provided in the contract/consent signed by the Patients with the S.C. medical clinic. DENTALHEALTHLINE S.R.L. or in the law.
In the case of investigations where written consent is required in the form of medical consent, the lack of the patient’s signature on the specific forms is equivalent to the lack of consent, in which case the provision of the requested medical services will be stopped immediately.
