We help our patients regain the functionality and aesthetics of the entire oral cavity by offering dental prosthetics services at the highest standards.
Dental prosthetics is an area of dentistry that deals with the reconstruction of the patient’s dentition in order to ensure an aesthetically and functionally balanced dentition.
The dental prosthetics specialization is intended for the functional and aesthetic rehabilitation of the entire oral cavity. Missing teeth, as well as anomalies in shape, position and color, are solved with the help of crowns, dental bridges, dental veneers, but also prosthetic works on the implant.
Postponing the replacement of the lost tooth leads to the migration of the neighboring teeth, resulting in faulty gears of the entire masticatory apparatus, but also in the damage of all the remaining teeth. Occlusological (bite) problems related to severe tooth abrasion and severe coronal destruction are also solved by this specialization.
In which cases can prosthetic works be used?
- Replacement of one or more missing teeth;
- Broken or chipped tooth(s);
- Yellowed or discolored dentition;
- Teeth that are too small or too large;
- Crowded or removed teeth;
- Teeth directed outwards or inclined inwards;
- Gingival remodeling.
Dental crowns on implants
If only one tooth has fallen out, your situation is not serious, the bone probably hasn’t resorbed yet. You can resort to implant surgery and benefit from all the advantages of maintaining healthy teeth. The type of implant (conical, cylindrical, trapezoidal, short, long, with or without striations, etc.) is chosen depending on the particular case in which you are.
If several teeth have fallen out, your situation requires action; sometimes related procedures such as bone addition or sinus lift are also needed. The insertion of implants will stop the migration action of the neighboring teeth: it will prevent them from decaying and falling out. The choice of implants will be made according to the status of the gum and bone in the area of the fallen teeth. You may need one type of implant in one place and another in another. Dental prostheses, i.e. crowns, are screwed or cemented onto the implants and you can smile again, as you did before.
PROSTHETIC SYSTEMS ON IMPLANTS
If all your teeth have fallen out, your situation is serious, you need either to replace your teeth with a fixed denture on 4 or 6 implants (FIX-IT ON 4/ FIX-IT ON 6 system), or to replace each fallen tooth with one implant and one crown each (One by One).
ONE BY ONE
- The system allows the entire arch to be replaced with 10 or 12 implants;
- On each implant and abutment, individual crowns are subsequently built from the desired material;
- The solution 100% imitates the feeling of natural teeth, offers premium aesthetics, maximum resistance and simple maintenance;
- The implants are inserted in one day;
FIX-IT ON 6
- The system allows the entire arch to be replaced with 6 dental implants;
- Implants support the temporary prosthesis;
- The solution offers strength, aesthetics and easy maintenance;
- Implants and prosthesis are inserted in one day;
FIX-IT ON 4
- The system allows the entire arch to be replaced with 4 dental implants;
- Implants support the temporary prosthesis;
- The solution offers resistance, aesthetics and optimal maintenance;
- Implants and prosthesis are inserted in one day;
